Delete your account
Feng Shui by Mindful Suite, on iPhone, Android and the web. Deleting your account removes it and its data everywhere, at once. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your readings, and the records of how each one was made
- The maps, satellite and street images made for your readings
- Photos you added
- Your answers to the practical questions
- Push notification tokens
- In-app activity, offer and free-reading records
- Your AI consent record
- Your sign-in account
What is kept
A de-identified record of each payment (amount, product and the Apple or Stripe transaction IDs, with your account and email removed), for accounting, tax, refunds and fraud prevention. Apple and Stripe keep their own records of your purchases. Purchases are not refunded.
When
Immediately. Server logs may hold data for up to 30 days before they expire. If a reading is still being made, we ask you to wait until it finishes. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
Sign in to delete your account
Sign in with the same Google account or email you use in the app.
Can't sign in? Email support@mindfulsuite.com from, or naming, the email address on your account, and we will delete it for you.
